### 1/5 — Internet Connection Required - WHY ?

It would be much better if the app can be logged into without an internet connection. Sometimes then SOFLOW server is down , or internet connection is lost. This leaves your scooter inconveniently locked , or unlocked . I once had to take it home on the bus, and the day I was unable to lock it then it was stolen. It’s a really badly thought out system and only created problems for me.

### 2/5 — Keine Entsperrung über Face/Touch-ID möglich

Die App hat derzeit keine Möglichkeit, die Zugangsdaten dauerhaft zu hintelegen bzw. diese über Face/Touch-ID zu entsperren. Dadurch ist für JEDEN Sperr- und Entsperrprozess eine Internetverbindung notwendig! Es ist somit nicht möglich den Roller ohne Internetverbindung mit der App zu sperren! Umgekehrt kann es somit auch passieren, das man seinen gesperrten Roller nicht mehr benutzen kann, falls aus irgendwelchen Gründen plötzlich keine Internetverbindung mehr bestehen sollte. Zudem nötigt die App ihren Besitzer bei jedem Neustart, das für die Aufzeichnung der Strecke der Standort dauerhaft freigegeben werden muss, selbst wenn man diese Funktion im Profil der App deaktiviert hat! Man kann dann zwar mit der App fortfahren, nachdem man den iOS Einstellungsdialog verlassen hat, aber das nervt extrem und dürfte sicher gegen die DSGVO verstoßen. Ich persönlich benötige die App nur um meinen Roller zu sperren und wieder zu entsperren, sodass ich ihn auch mal unbeaufsichtigt vor einem Laden stehen lassen kann. Zudem Frage ich mich warum im Benutzerprofil das Geburtsdatum und das Geschlecht abgefragt wird?!? Auch wenn es keine Pflichtangaben sind, richt das ganze doch sehr nach Datensammelerei.

Ich habe seit ca. 2 Wochen den SoFlow S04 pro 2. gen und fand die Aufzeichnung der Fahrten als eine tolle Idee. Nach 1 Woche habe ich noch gedacht der Stromverbrauch meines iPhone 14 pro wäre durch das letzte Update mal wieder für ein paar Tage erhöht, aber jetzt habe ich die App als Stromfresser ausgemacht. Die Funktionen in der App, alle in Ordnung. Man hat alles was man braucht, obwohl man einiges suchen muss, weil es in den Einstellungen versteckt ist. Hier ist auf jeden Fall in Sachen Übersicht noch erheblich Luft nach oben. Ich kann nur jedem raten die Funktion der Aufzeichnung von Fahrten zu deaktivieren oder Schaft euch eine 2. Handyhalterung für eine Powerbank an. Einen USB um das Gandy während der Fahrt mit Strom zu versorgen gibt es leider nicht. Wegen dem Stromverbrauch und der Übersichtlichkeit in der App ziehe ich einen Stern ab. Ich wollte erst zwei Sterne abziehen, aber ich sehe dies als Motivation für die Programmierer die App zu verbessern.

Ein „Must have“ für alle SoFlow Roller Besitzer. Mit der App kann man navigieren, Fahrtenbuch Historie führen, Fahrmoden wählen, aktuellen Stand des Akkus, FlowMiles sammeln während der Fahrt die man im Shop einlösen kann und wichtig den Roller entsperren wenn man die Wegfahrsperre drin hat. Was mir gleich von Anfang an gefallen hat an der App, ist das es sehr übersichtlich ist leicht zu bedienen ist.

Im großen und ganzen ist sie ok. Man kann die Moden einstellen und das Fahrzeug sperren. Ich wünschte mir das man die Akku Anzeige bearbeitet, sprich wie die allgemeine Leistung noch ist bzw. wie oft schon geladen wurde. Und das ich meinen aktuellen Standpunkt bzw. Tour mit einem Freund teile, fehlt mir auch.
