## What is SOFReady?

Built by a Green Beret. Trained like an operator.

SOFReady was built by a Green Beret who's been through selection, ultra marathons, bodybuilding, triathlons and hybrid athlete competitions, and understands the standards that matter — then coded that knowledge into the app. This isn't a generic fitness app with AI bolted on. It's operator-designed programming.

Pick a track — Tactical, Hybrid, Strength, Power or Engine — and either follow coach-written blocks or build a program around your goal, experience, equipment and schedule. Coach programs are written start to finish. Generated programs adapt week to week based on what you log.

WHAT YOU GET

Coach-written 12-week programs built around real standards both military and non-military — Combat Fitness, SFAS, RASP, ACFT, PFT and more. Generated programs personalized to your equipment, schedule and training history. Weekly adaptation on generated plans based on your actual performance. Guidance written in the voice of someone who's actually done this.

Whether you're prepping for selection, Ranger School, RASP, a PT score, or life, or you just want to train like it matters — SOFReady gives you a program built by someone who's lived it.

7-day free trial. No cookie-cutter plans. No guesswork.

### 5/5 — SOFReady AI

*2026-07-29*

I’ve tried many workout apps in the past. I compete in physical events on my free time and this app has it all. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Better App for Less Money

*2026-07-20*

I’ve tried a lot of fitness and training apps over the years, but SOF Ready AI has been on a completely different level.

What impressed me most wasn’t just the workouts—it was how personalized everything felt. Instead of giving me a generic plan, it adapts to my goals, fitness level, and the equipment I have available. It feels more like having a knowledgeable coach than just another app.

The structure keeps me accountable without being overwhelming, and I appreciate that it focuses on building real-world strength, endurance, and resilience rather than just chasing numbers. Whether you’re preparing for military service, law enforcement, tactical fitness, or simply want to push yourself to a higher standard, it’s an incredible tool.

The interface is easy to navigate, the training makes sense, and I actually look forward to opening the app each day to see what’s next.

If you’re looking for an app that helps you train with purpose instead of just exercise for the sake of exercising, I can’t recommend SOF Ready AI enough. It’s become one of the best additions to my fitness journey, and I’m excited to see how far it helps me go.

### 5/5 — Flexibly

*2026-07-20*

Has so many options for all different selections and pipelines and takes into account the difference between all of them.

### 1/5 — Subscription fatigue

*2026-06-08*

The app may be good but I can only go forward with my trial if I commit to paying a subscription.
