My only problem is searching takes forever and is not very effective. Like I can search the title of a work and it won’t be the first result because those words are individually in the tags of other entries. But overall I love the app, def the best tracker I have seen. ### 4/5 — So Excited for Development! *2025-11-17* So, I’m an avid reviewer and I found this app. I’m about to get the year subscription because I’m so excited for the growth this app can take! The only downside is that there is a glitch with the ‘Reading’ filter (on the webpage not app). All others ones seem to work. This is the only reason why I didn’t rate it 5 stars (yet!). I also tested it on both privet and public AO3 fanfics links and it works! Thank you for creating an app that I can organize my fanfics (without jeopardizing the authors writing space!) ### 4/5 — Needs fixing *2025-07-19* Update: thank you for hearing me. Excited to see how it continues to develop! ### 4/5 — Back Button *2025-07-04* Mostly great, minus the ability to go back to the ‘home’ page if I click on the settings button, which is right above the filter button. It’s a quick reset by closing the app and reopening it, but it can get quite annoying when it happens multiple times. ### 5/5 — Very cool so far! *2025-01-02* Hi! I love this option to track fanfic reading progress/completion. One thing I am really looking for is how to track reading progress for WIPs? I saw the “Completed?” toggle, but ideally, I would want to be able to log a single chapter or a number of chapters read, if that’s all that available until that point. Will that work? Or do I have to manually adjust the word count each time, and will it allow for multiple entries of the same fic, different chapter names? Thanks! ### 5/5 — Everything I needed *2024-12-13* I usually never write reviews but I just had to It’s everything you need when u want to track your fics, very easy and nice interface as well Premium is also very affordable, gives you some nice extra features and a chance to support small creators Also 10/10 for the best support on their discord server, if there’s ever a question or a problem :) I’ll go and track my 150+ fics I’ve read this year 💀 thank you for making it as easy as possible ### 5/5 — Where have you been all my fan fic life? *2024-09-11* Love, love and love this some more. After perusing my Ao3 history (again) and still not finding what I was looking for, decided I needed to get organized. A spreadsheet would work but time consuming and not nearly as effective as linking. Couple of minor quirks (like having to cycle through read status instead of just picking one), but really easy to manage and use. It’s an amazing idea, executed quite well. Probably going to fall over when I get the history all in and see how much I’ve actually read, but highly recommend. Thanks for creating this! ### 5/5 — What I’ve been looking for! *2024-07-16* I’ve been saving my notes in a notepad for a while but this is way more efficient and I love how the link is there so I can immediately pull and give to someone! You can write down your thoughts about the fic and how much you’ve read in it. I immediately subscribed right after inputting my first fic! I just wish that if you stop in the middle of a fic that it would do the word count up to that chapter instead of the whole fic but that’s it. ### 4/5 — Cool concept *2024-07-04* It would be even better if it could calculate how many words read per chapter instead of saying I read the whole 151,431 words every time I mark that I read that fic that day. I’ve been using it more maybe 20 mins & it just doesn’t work. Every link I’ve pasted, every author and fics I’ve searched just got an error or screen saying that there are no results. Thank you, Softgoods Dev Team ### 1/5 — Try to use it but *2025-08-18, version 1.3.3* I try to use it but it was forcing me to have ‘in app purchase’ on, when I try to say ‘okay’ it wouldn’t stop popping up and it froze my phone not letting me do anything. So yeah it’s a nope from me not when an app is forcing me to do something I won’t do. ### 1/5 — I payed the subscribtion but it didn’t work *2025-03-28* So i paid and it did go through…. I have the bank statement to prove it. But it still told me i hadn’t subscribed. And to subscribe and i had to upgrade to premium to use certain stuffs EVEN THOUGH I DID I HAVE THE BANK STATEMENT TO PROVE?!!! . I sent a message in contact us but after 48 hours no such luck?! I paid for nothing 🥲 ### 1/5 — Really misleading *2025-02-03* Initially this app seems great, you can simply link a fic and fill out some info and bam, tracked and recorded. I used it all throughout January and had over 300k words tracked. I opened the app on February first only to find all of that data was locked… because if you want to track all-time YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM. Otherwise it will only record what you’ve read in one month, and then refresh at the beginning of a new month. I found this to be incredibly misleading and I’m so disappointed in the creators of the app, who I assume are fic readers just like the rest of us. ### 1/5 — Bad idea all around *2024-10-02, version 0.13.4* A “goodreads for fanfiction”-style app is all around a really terrible idea for fanfic authors, the fandom community, and fanfiction as a medium and the ability to review/recommend fanfic like published works seems like a recipe for disaster for fanfiction authors everywhere. ### 2/5 — Needs fixing *2025-07-06, version 1.0.6* The font is too big and it's a different font. It only displays 7 fics at a time, idk. Also my stats say that I have read 101 fics but when I add up all the fics on my shelves it comes to 102… idk why it’s 1 off. I prefer to use the website to the app but I appreciate all you guys do! ### 3/5 — Please fix *2025-07-05* My favorite thing about this app is that I could put the link of the fanfic of it would pull everything from Ao3 for me and now with the new update it’s not. Works really well and I’m able to save my fanfics in shelves based on which ship it is and I’m able to add in the notes weather it’s a smut story or if it’s in a series. Considering paying the $20 a year to add the series for more accurate tracking with the fanfics but for not paying for anything the app is amazing for saving fanfics ### 5/5 — 10/10 would recommend *2026-04-05* Absolutely would not be able to track every fic I read without this app. I also love how you can input the fics that aren’t yet in the system. This ‘bookshelf’ app imports all the data for you and you can personalise it with custom images and organise however you feel works for you. Getting an accurate words count feeds into my data driven mind and I love how quick it is me for to filter a search to find exactly what I’m looking for. Any tech support required is provided quickly. Long gone is my notebook of titles… now I have it all at the touch of the button! ### 5/5 — FAVORITE! *2025-07-04, version 1.0.6* This app is my favorite!! I love being able to see my monthly word count to set goals for myself!! It’s so helpful to be able to look back at what I’ve read before in my sorted shelves :) they even do a yearly wrap like Spotify does- so I can’t wait for that!! It’s easy to use and I’ve found nothing better for keeping up with all the great fics I’ve read. Support is also awesome! I accidentally locked myself out and couldn’t get in. I was afraid I had lost all I had saved the last few months. But support answered immediately and helped me quickly.
