## What is SoftLog?

SoftLog is a clear, practical digital logbook built for pilots.

Record ICAO or IATA routes, flight numbers, registrations, aircraft types, crew, PF/PM roles, Out/Off/On/In times, night time, PIC, SIC, PICUS, Dual, instructor time, deadhead travel, simulator sessions, Autoland, approach category, and notes. ICAO and IATA codes complete each other automatically.

Your data remains stored locally on the device. You decide whether to create an account and whether to upload existing flights. Records from different accounts are kept separate, and deleting an account does not erase the local logbook.

SoftLog is not intended for navigation, flight planning, or operational decision-making. Regulatory profiles, weather, and PDF layouts are reference tools; always verify records and requirements with the applicable authority and operator before official use.
