Love the different pads. Love being able to play multiple pads at once. I only wish it had a way to control the volume. Using the volume control buttons on the iPad are to disruptive, and doesn’t always work if you’re running multiple apps. ### 5/5 — Great app *2018-06-05* Very simple to use... really helps remove the dead space between songs. All of a sudden I cannot control the volume of the app with my device volume. If I select a new key the volume jumps up so high that it hurts no matter how low I have the volume. Once I switch back to another app the volume jumps down so low I can barely hear the pad no matter how high I have the volume. So I cannot change the pad. Also I am unable to adjust volume from the app when connected to a midi device ### 2/5 — Pretty Bad After Update *2024-12-23* Whatever happened after the latest update - including the logo change and interface change, it has almost ruined the app completely. We never had issues before using this app for background pads in worship, but now there are consistent issues with the volume. If you’re not in the app, it dims the volume. But the whole point is to put in on in the background - I use the same iPad for my music. Not loving all the new glitches :( **Developer response:** An update has been released that addressed these issues. ### 3/5 — No GarageBand or Audiobus as mentioned *2018-05-14* The app is simple and does its job but disappointed that there is no Audiobus or GarageBand support as promised by developer in description Also when not is crossfade mode, has boundary clicks when starting or stopping ...Which is not a deal breaker .. since I mostly use crossfading but something to be looked into ### 4/5 — My Go To Pads *2023-05-06* Fantastic for adding that soft worshipful ambience. I keep it on my iPad next to my mic stand and use a small DI box with a volume knob zip tied to the stand. It runs through the church PA but I control it. Works excellent. My only asks for the developer are the ability to “Save to Set List” so you can save current selections and keys to a set list AND the ability to control the rate of modulation, sometimes I want that even slower, like adjusting it in a chorus pedal for guitar. Make this part of a Pro version and I will gladly pay for them. (You may also show enharmonic equivalents on the selection page as well as add minor keys). This is a great app that is not far from leaving every similar app in the dust. ### 4/5 — Quite effective *2019-08-25* This worked well for me. A few improvements would give it a five star rating. - a set list option so you can pre programme your pads and key for each song. Actually just that’s all that’s needed. Pads are pretty good quality. ### 4/5 — Almost it *2019-08-11* Pads sound great. But please add support for side by side view on an iPad. Also the audio fades out if I bring another app up in sidebar mode. And cross fade / fade in/out time is too fast, let me adjust it. If you’re looking for something to hold a background pad while you play over it this is it. I use it for my worship team at church and it’s perfect to be played underneath my acoustic, and also as holdovers in between songs and during worship. I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time… I used to just use scotch tape on the keyboard, lol. ### 5/5 — Love it! *2019-10-07* We only have 2 musicians in our worship team (keys & drums) and this is like adding a 3rd. I Set it up on my iPad in arms reach and it was able to layer pads changing the feel for each song and it made transitioning to songs in different keys smooth without that awkward moment of silence while changing keyboard settings. Great value so don’t hesitate. Wish I’d had this years ago ### 5/5 — Super useful *2019-01-30* Great app! Sounds are quality, beautiful and extremely versatile. I love the stacking, and the cross fade makes stage-usage a breeze. Had one small issue and support got it resolved quickly - was user error. Might add an arrow or page dots or something on the interface so folks know that there’s a left and right menu. Other than that, brilliant app. Will continue to use.
