Create a VoiceHost Account is you do not have one already (www.voicehost.co.uk) 2. In your VoiceHost account control panel go to "Seat Settings" 3. Select the checkbox to enable the Softphone App - You will now see a QR code. 4. Download the Softphone App from iTunes 5. There is no way of adjusting the ring volume in the app and it is ridiculously loud, I presume max volume at all times. Please put volume adjustment in! There is a delay on the app for inbound calls being answered elsewhere, the app stays ringing for a few seconds after the call is answered, meaning you try to answer calls that are already being dealt with.
