This is not practical for clinical use. First login is unnecessarily complicated. Need to have four fields to login. I complained to support and was told the extra password was needed for HIPAA compliance. That is ridiculous. This app is to record dictation not to access patients records. 

Second awkward to change accounts if dictating for more than one facility.
