## What is Softsend?

Softsend rewrites the tone of a message before you send it — from its own keyboard, right inside the app you are already typing in.

Type or paste a message, pick who it is for and what you need, and Softsend rewrites it to land the way you actually mean it.

WHO IT IS FOR
Boss, client, colleague, friend, partner, ex or family — the same words land differently depending on who reads them. Softsend rewrites with your recipient in mind, not just your words.

WHAT IT CAN DO
• Make it professional
• Fix grammar
• Add politeness
• Shorten it
• Soften a "no"
• Write a follow-up
• Make it warmer
• Sound more confident

TEN TONES
Neutral, friendly, formal, persuasive, direct, flirty, sarcastic, Gen Z, romantic and poetic. Save the ones you keep using so you do not have to set them up again.

A REAL KEYBOARD, NOT A SCREEN TO COPY OUT OF
Softsend installs as a keyboard and replaces your text in place — in Messages, Mail and most apps with a text field. No app switching, no copy and paste. Typing works without Full Access; only the rewrite button needs it, and the app tells you exactly why before asking.

IN THE APP: REPLY MODE
Got a message and do not know how to answer? Paste it in, choose how you want to respond — soften a no, follow up, stay warm, sound confident — and get a drafted reply.

IN THE APP: REWRITE AND TRANSLATE IN ONE STEP
Write it in your language, send it in theirs. Ten target languages, one request, no second round trip.

LOCK SCREEN AND WIDGET
When you rewrite in the app, the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen show it working. A home screen widget keeps Softsend one tap away.

LANGUAGES
The app is in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Korean and Portuguese, and rewriting and translation work in all of them. The Softsend keyboard itself types in English.

YOUR TEXT, HANDLED HONESTLY
Your message goes only to our rewrite service and the AI provider that generates the rewrite. We do not store it and it is never used to train models. Your device keeps a local history of past rewrites — search it, filter it by recipient, or clear it whenever you want.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
