Most productivity apps are filing cabinets. You open them, you type things in, you close them. Whether anything actually happens is entirely up to you. Sofya works the other way round. It reads what you have going on, and it gets in touch. A PLAN EVERY MORNING, FREE At 7am the Morning Planner looks at what is due today, what is already overdue, and the habits you are trying to keep. Then it tells you where to start. You do not open the app. You do not stare at a list deciding. It arrives. This is free, and it stays free. WHAT YOU KEEP IN IT Tasks with priorities, due dates, tags and subtasks. Type "gym tomorrow 7am" and Sofya offers you the due date. Habits, daily or weekly, with streaks that are worth protecting. Goals broken into milestones you can see yourself moving through. A focus timer that knows which task you are on, and counts the hours it saves up. Bringing a list over from Todoist or TickTick, so you do not start from an empty app. All of that is free too. SEVEN MORE AGENTS, IN PREMIUM The Pattern Spotter is the one nothing else can do. It reads your tasks, habits, goals and calendar together and tells you what they say as a group. Things like which day of the week your streak actually breaks on, or what a morning full of meetings costs the rest of your day. No other app holds both halves of that sentence. The Habit Coach checks in when a streak is about to break. It does not nag. It names the pattern and offers you a freeze. The Focus Guardian books your focus time on weekday mornings, before the day fills up. The Wellness Check notices when you have loaded more into a day than a day holds. The Smart Scheduler reads your deadlines and works backwards. The Goal Advisor asks you on Sunday for one thing to move this week, and Friday reports back on that exact thing. The Insight Narrator writes up what actually moved, from your real data. Not a chart to interpret. A paragraph to read, in the app and in your inbox. IT LEARNS WHEN YOU WORK After a few weeks Sofya knows the hours you actually finish things in, and moves your morning plan to suit. A 7am briefing is no use to someone who starts at eleven. ANSWERING BACK Log a habit or use a freeze straight from the notification, without opening the app. Ask any agent why it said something and get a straight answer about your own data. ALSO IN PREMIUM Apple Calendar sync, so due dates and focus blocks sit alongside your meetings. Streak freezes, for the days life gets in the way. Task breakdowns that turn something vague into the first three steps. The weekly write-up by email as well as by notification. ABOUT YOUR DATA Sign in with Apple is supported if you would rather not hand over an email address. Sofya asks for nothing it does not need, and you can delete your account and everything in it from Settings, at any time. SOFYA PREMIUM Available as a monthly or annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. The Pattern Spotter reads your tasks, habits, goals and calendar together and tells you what they say as a group. Which weekday your streak really breaks on. What a morning of meetings costs the rest of the day. Whether the focus timer is doing anything. It says nothing at all on a week where your data does not support a claim, which is most weeks, and it never invents a number. The Habit Coach has stopped nagging. When a streak is at risk it now names the pattern behind it and offers you a freeze, and it leaves you alone entirely on a day you have already used one. Sunday asks you for one goal to move this week. Friday reports back on that exact goal, by name, and does not dress it up if it did not move. Sofya learns the hours you actually finish things in and moves your morning plan to match. Log a habit, spend a freeze, finish a task or snooze it an hour, all from the notification without opening the app. Type "gym tomorrow 7am" and Sofya offers you the due date, if you want it. Bring your list over from Todoist or TickTick by pasting the CSV export. The Friday write-up now arrives by email too, if you want it. Focus sessions are recorded, so the hours show up on your home screen and in the weekly summary. They were promised before and quietly were not. And the fix that matters most: agents are switched on when you finish onboarding. Until now a new account had to find the AI tab and turn them on by hand, which almost nobody did, so the morning plan never arrived for most people who installed Sofya. That was a bug, it was ours, and it is fixed. ### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-07 The Morning Planner is now free for everyone. A plan in your notifications at 7am, no subscription. It was always the clearest argument for Sofya, and it should not have been sitting behind the paywall. Sign in with Apple, for anyone who would rather not hand over an email address. The focus timer now keeps time when you leave the app. Lock your phone for twenty five minutes and twenty five minutes is what passes. It also tells you when the session ends, with a sound, which it never did before. Your agents work properly. Several of them were failing silently and sending nothing at all; the morning plan, the streak nudge and the Friday write up all arrive now. Habit progress is measured against how often you meant to do the habit, so a weekly habit kept perfectly no longer reads as three per cent. A new app icon. Google Calendar sync is temporarily unavailable while Google reviews our access. Apple Calendar is unaffected and works as before. The assistant chat has been removed; task breakdowns and the weekly review are not affected. ### 1.0 — 2025-02-25 No release notes. ## Apps similar to Sofya | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Memol — Notes, sharing, AI](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/memol-notes-sharing-ai/id6766265966) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Odie: AI Voice Notes](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/odie-ai-voice-notes/id6755820962) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Rufus Mail – Email Signature](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/rufus-mail-email-signature/id6763556313) | — | Free | Productivity | | [WritersLock: Journal & Block](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/writerslock-journal-and-block/id6781280831) | 4.9 (10) | Free | Productivity | | [Turf/OS - Lawn Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/turfos-lawn-planner/id6761129074) | 3.9 (15) | Free | Productivity | | [ChatCat AI: All in 1 Chatbot](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/chatcat-ai-all-in-1-chatbot/id6474760039) | — | Free | Productivity | ## More apps by Nexus Applications LLC - [EliteMode](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/elitemode/id6737426833) - [Lingoluz](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/lingoluz/id6739505787) - [AllezLearn](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/allezlearn/id6739955332) - [MindMellow](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/mindmellow/id6741377429) - [Stellar Crush Universe](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/stellar-crush-universe/id6775729190) All apps by Nexus Applications LLC: https://appshunter.io/developer/1776246142 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
