I don’t know the reason why they charge fees every transaction with the worst service and delayed data. ### 2/5 — Very buggy app order screen has lots of glitches *2020-10-05, version 2.58.2* Order qty is not visible as font is white inside of the white box. Guess what qty is defaults no way to change it. Often the quotes are wrong, like way off. If I pull up my open positions right now each one is off by A LOT and the market is closed for the weekend can we even get the closing price right. I opened a SOGOTRADE account because of the podcast Options Boot Camp, and really enjoyed John Critchely’s input. Unfortunately, the app and the service just don’t compete with other retail brokers. The app itself is archaic and clunky, it’s slow to respond and often causes costly mistakes. Since I trade part time and work part time I need to be able to easily close out positions on the go and I’m just not able to do that on this app. Best of luck to the service, if you make serious upgrades to mobile I’ll certainly give it another try. ### 1/5 — Worst *2018-03-12, version 2.32.2* After this recent update, the info stays old. I mean weeks old, it’s like it just retrieved old real time which is weeks old real time. Now with the latest update Aug 9,17, the app simply could not retrieve market data any more , all price info is ---. Hire some better coder. Update-Aug25. The latest update even took away the extended hour trading button. Terrible! Update-Feb5/18. Doesn’t show the correct information immediately while canceling trades. Positions are blanked out at times. End of day 4 pm totals show last days total until after market settlement which takes hours. Doesn’t allow trade edits. Been using sogo for years, but I will go to another brokerage now.
