## What is Sogou AI Recorder?

Transcribing while recording. 
When connected with the Sogou Recording Pen, supports recording to text transcription and file saving.Record first and transcribe later. When not connected, it supports recording alone, but once reconnected, it transfers the recording files to the APP and converts them to text and saves. 

Dialogue translation
Supports simultaneous voice translation in 53 languages, suitable for face to face cross-language communication

Simultaneous interpretation. 
While not interrupting the speakers, App translates speech voice to the targeted language. Clicking simultaneous interpretation on the APP to begin simultaneous interpretation. The speakers are recommended to wear the Recording Pen to use.

I cannot find a way I’ve successfully binding my mobile phone to this app. I live in the UK and I do not have access to a Chinese or South Korean mobile phone number. Because I cannot bind my mobile phone to the app product I bought is completely useless in Europe. And they should be stated on all adverts that are selling this product.
