After entering the father’s name, there is a pop up message saying “something unexpected has happened please try again” I can never reach the home page because I’m never able to pass this stage. ### 1/5 — Never received an OTP to get even started. *2025-10-21, version 4.1* Can’t start the account because app never sends an OTP. I try to use app on android but there is not any option to enter the pin on android that I received on my iOS phone. Because in these countries we are using e sims instead of physical sims. It automatically does deposit the points based on transfers. Very easy to use these points in Pak also.
