Slow service *2026-01-21, version 8.153* Always a great vibe at SH Nashville, although many of the furnishings are showing wear and tear where the fabric is fraying badly, which is very embarrassing when bringing guests for a visit. And while SH uses the European model for service where you do not have one dedicated server, it can be so ridiculously slow to get an order in once you sit down or any type of follow up at the table or busing of the table. Again, embarrassing when hosting guests and you are on a schedule to get in/out. Not sure how many times I have made this part of a review. Most all of the members feel this way. It’s SO annoying and has happened enough times to leave a bad review about it. It’s literally designed to trick the user. It’s deceptive practices and makes me so mad at soho every time it happens. FIX IT. And don’t even get me started on the members - what happened to it being creatives only??? It’s just account managers and posh finance bros pretending to be edgy. Also why do I now have to buy a ticket to visit on halloween??? For me it has recently just become the world’s most expensive cloak room where I can leave my stuff in any city around the world whilst I go some place cooler. Any place cooler. I’ll be cancelling my membership and joining something for actual creatives instead of these posers.
