Soken has been designed to help employees who live busy lives make simple small changes, to help positively impact their physical and mental health.

We use Apple HealthKit and Fitbit to track your activity such as daily steps, daily sleep, heart rate and suggest relevant challenges, workouts, and articles based on your health results.

***Physical Challenges***
We do so through physical challenges, designed to improve health through increasing sleep or physical activity.

***Workout Program***
The users have access to a full workout program library with videos to learn the correct technique.

***Weight Loss***
A simple system to help achieve their weight goals with the nutrition section which guides the user towards healthy sustainable weight loss, not fast and unhealthy ways.

***Wellness Department***
A library of health content, to improve the users' knowledge from reliable sources.

***Recognition System***
A positive recognition system, designed to encourage the users to give praise to colleagues to improve work culture.
