개인적으로 한국어 가능하지만 외국인이라고 해서 한국인 상담원분이 그냥 베트남분한테 넘겨주셨고 그래서 상담 받게 되었는데 태도가 최악. 
진짜 오늘 처음으로 신한은행에 대해 실망이였음.
대기업인데 어쩌면 저런 직원 뽑았을까?

The application is not able to track overseas payments making it pointless.
Can’t check payment details after it’s done.
Only way to track payment is by calling in Korean directly.
Useless and costly !!!!

You can’t send money abroad with this app. You are forced to send a pic of your passport but the app won’t verify it.  Garbage App.  If you have a choice don’t open an account with Shinhan.
