I tried headspace and others but nothing was free other than this! I love how it gives you loads of different meditations and it teaches you about what your name means. It tells you what your star sign is and other star signs and it gives you compatible people (if you are into that). I rate this app 5 stars because it would have nearly everything you’d ever ask for for calming down. You can also chat to your Sol for motivation or help finding different types of meditation. I feel like this app is so underrated because I’ve never seen anyone else use it. ### 5/5 — Healing Station *2024-10-06* The inner growth from the culmination of all this great information is apparent, and learned so much about myself and the world that I didn’t understand before! I am so much more confident in my path and aware of loving myself first. Because of the prompts and activities I have written two poems, learning about breathing and meditation, plus how to heal my inner child. It’s definitely has a basic mainstream feel. 12 sign astrology is not as accurate as 13 sign. If you are on the Hinduism and Buddhism they push Sadhguru. I deleted it. Other than that, I give it it a 👍🏼 ### 4/5 — Incredible, but……. *2026-01-07* I love Sol, it helps me clam down after a stressful, loud day after school, but what I don’t like about Sol, is that you only get 10 messages per month, I want unlimited messages, even though it seems like much, I feel as if people who are more stressed out (no offense) need to talk to their Sol more often, other then that, Sol is incredible!! Some feedback I have is to help the jobless and poor, interrogating things like ads. I don’t mind watching ads to make a new playlist or to get an extra affirmation. I don’t have money at all but I’d love the little things you have that are paid for. It would also be cool if there was a “free” section for teachers who are willing to help give free classes/videos. I saw some free stuff, but it would be nice if they were categorized separately. Please take this into consideration.
