### 1/5 — Random Sign-In Failures Are Unacceptable

This app is an absolute disaster. When it works, it’s fine. But the problem is you never know when it’s going to stop working.

Randomly, without warning, the app decides you can no longer sign in. You enter the correct login information, try over and over again, and it simply refuses to let you in. The only workaround is using the browser, which completely defeats the purpose of having an app.

This has happened multiple times, and every time it leaves me locked out when I actually need to process payments. There is no consistency, no reliability, and no explanation. For a credit card processing app, reliability is the most important thing, and this app fails miserably at it.

Good when it works. Unfortunately, that’s not often enough to deserve anything more than one star.

The application refuses to open under the current operating system available for the iPhone 13. Clicking the app support link on the App Store takes you to a webpage with the 404 error. Waste of time.
