## What is Solace?

Solace is a daily practice app for people who want to feel more grounded.

Habits, goals, a short list for the day and a guided journal, gathered into one calm, design-forward space that also lives on your home screen.

Open the app when you need a quiet minute. Glance at your streak when you don't.

A DAY YOU CAN ACTUALLY FINISH

Three rings on one screen: what you planned, what you repeat, and whether you wrote. Nothing rolls over on its own, so yesterday keeps telling the truth about yesterday and today starts clean.

Todos. One short list, for one day. Give something a due date and it stays with you until it lands.

Habits. Daily, weekly, or on the days you choose. Count the ones worth counting and see the whole week at a glance.

Solace is free to use: three habits, one goal, the daily journal and its prompt, mood check-ins, and your streak.

Premium adds unlimited habits and goals, Insights, goal-to-habit suggestions, a reroll when the day's prompt isn't the one, and widget themes.

SUBSCRIPTION

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

The journal stayed, and got better: the daily prompt now reads the week you've actually had.
