Now since the update the app quote are more New age and less spiritual. Whenever I feel stressed or my anxiety level increasing , I read a message or quotation and I begin de-escalating immediately. This app has truly been a source of solace and strength. I used it to help me get through multiple myeloma chemo and remained in remission for three years. I will begin chemo again soon and once again, Solace helps me attain the inner serenity and certainty that I am blessed.
