Name of the rider who “delivered” was mentioned, but he never contacted me about delivery. Sometimes, automating and innovating ordering systems is not always the answer. Disappointing and poor service. ### 1/5 — Inconvenient *2024-05-29, version 3.9.0* The app defeats its purpose. I used this app to order and the order was accepted so I waited the whole day but it didn’t get delivered. I used to love the app for allowing me to pay cashless. The whole idea of having an app for convenience is great but sadly execution failed. After waiting for a few hours with no other notification, you will have to find a way to contact their customer service, who are not reachable via the app, and learn that they can not deliver even of the app accepted your order. They will also not be able to give a refund immediately. I have been waiting for over a week, but no one has gotten back to me even with a few follow-ups already. A company that doesn’t deliver and doesn’t do refunds… in other words, a scam. Do not dare download.
