Even when I closed the app. I had to do some mac magic to delete the app, then interent finally started working again. Worked well with the crypto drop geolock as well. The infrastructure on this needs to expand. You think those VPN’s out there now are keeping your data safe? dVPN takes it to a whole new level. As previously mentioned, those big VPN companies KEEP your data “safe.” With this technology here, you have control of where your data is coming and going. Very indeed recommend using this. I’m a huge Pokémon fan and have noticed nodes with Pokémon names. They’ve seem quite stable as far as connectivity. Especially “P!kachU” and ironically “RiachU.” **Developer response:** Hi! It also supports Handshake name resolving which is another privacy bonus. ### 5/5 — Exciting *2022-05-07* I think this is an exciting, innovative app that uses a decentralized VPN and can offer enhanced security. Major VPNs like Nord have been hacked and although they say they do not monitor logs and regularly delete them, they like everyone else can be subject to government authorities around the world. Oppressive governments can also block as well as monitor centralized VPNs more easily than decentralized VPNs. That is why journalists in Syria have used the same decentralized network to communicate out of the country. The Solar app is simple and worked smoothly with only a little tinkering. The price is fair and I am guessing will only come down over time.
