Mit mit Glück! *2024-05-27, version 1.5.17* Es wird immer schlimmer. Mittlerweile bekomme ich nur noch ganz selten Daten angezeigt. An einem Tag sind Daten da, dann wieder lange Zeit gar nichts. Die App ist eine Unverschämtheit! Und den Verantwortlichen ist das wohl egal. ### 1/5 — Unzuverlässig *2024-03-22, version 1.5.16* Die Anzeige der Daten gleicht einem Glücksspiel. In der Mehrzahl der Versuche zeigt die App keine Daten. Der Support per Mail konnte mir bisher nicht helfen. Telefonisch bekommt man (als Kunde!) nur jemanden an die Strippe, wenn man eine kostenpflichtige Nummer wählt. Empfinde ich als kundenfeindlich und schlechte Qualität. Keine tolle Kombination. ### 1/5 — Sehr unzuverlässig *2024-03-22, version 1.5.16* Ab und zu bekomme ich sogar Daten angezeigt. Meistens jedoch nicht. Sobald ein ähnliches Produkt zum solar-log auf dem Markt ist, bin ich weg… ### 1/5 — Die App ist eine Katastrophe *2024-03-19, version 1.5.16* Das anmelden funktioniert über diese App überhaupt nicht. Ein Grund eigentlich zu wechseln, da der Support sich um nichts kümmert. ### 2/5 — OK, wenn sie funktioniert. Mehr aber auch nicht. *2024-03-16, version 1.5.16* Ich nutze die App seit diese die Vorgängerversionen ablöste. Anfangs fand ich den Kachel-Aufbau gewöhnungsbedürftig. Daran kann man sich gewöhnen. Wenn ich mich recht erinnere, fehlten auch zuvor kostenlos verfügbare Ansichten. Na ja. Seit etwa Ende 2023 ist die App nun zunehmend langsam und lehnt zeitweise korrekte Anmeldedaten beim App-Start immer wieder ab. Ich habe leider nicht den Eindruck, dass die Entwicklung in die richtige Richtung geht. ### 2/5 — Schlechter seit letztem Update *2024-03-14, version 1.5.16* Ich sehe bei der Energiefluss Anzeige nur die Hälfte des Hauses und auch keine kWh Anzeige mehr. Visualisierung mit den „Bällchen“ war ansprechender. Zudem stimmen die Daten egal ob Erzeugung, Verbrauch und Einspeisung nicht mehr… Hoffe das ändert sich wieder. ### 1/5 — Bei mir auch *2024-03-10, version 1.5.16* Seid dem letzten update geht nichts mehr ### 2/5 — Diagramm ist Verbesserungswürdig *2023-11-21, version 1.5.13* Früher wurde Erzeugung und Eigenverbrauch im Diagramm übereinander dargestellt. Hier liegen der grüne Eigenverbrauch und rote Netzbezug hintereinander. Damit erhält man erst auf den 2. oder 3. Blick eine Übersicht. Das geht deutlich besser, wenn der Gesamtverbrauch angezeigt wird und auf Grün und Rot geteilt wird ### 2/5 — Gut aber … *2023-10-08, version 1.5.12* … die grauen Schriftfarben in den Benachrichtigen und den veralteten News sind einer guten Lesbarkeit bei hellem Hintergrund nicht gerade förderlich und News Center bis 2019, seither nichts mehr?!? … die Ringsegment Grafik (Ist zu Soll) ist bei Werten über 100% ziemlich nutzlos weil immer gleich. … der englischer Text „Value deviations in the graphics“ in der deutschen App Version hinter dem Symbol (?) gehört übersetzt. … im Widget erscheint keine Grafik, mal leer, mal Upgrade zu Enerest L (… die weiße Seite hinter dem Symbol (i) mit dem Titel Information erschien mir absolut nutzlos. Nachdem ich den Cache geleert habe nun erscheinen Informationen über den Solar-Log.) Enerest L hat für kleine Anlagen bis 10 kWp mit Volleinspeisung und daher ohne Speicher leider nur einen geringen Mehrwert, dafür zu teuer. ### 3/5 — Wetterertragsprognose funktioniert nicht *2023-08-17, version 1.5.12* Bei der Seite Wetterertragsprognose steht: „Bitte prüfen sie die Dachneigung, Ausrichtung und der Standort im Portal korrekt sind.“ Im SolarLog-Portal ist meiner Meinung nach alles richtig eingetragen.
