## What is SOLAR Soul Healing?

Stressed? Breathe. This is where you come back to your center.

SOLAR is a refuge to relax, unwind and rest, created by Marsseia, artist, music producer and creator of SOLAR experiences. Guided meditations in her voice, original music and calming sounds to quiet the mind, let go of the day and settle into rest. No accounts, no ads, no streaks. Just you, your breath and the light.

TO RELAX AND REST
• 14 guided meditations in Marsseia's voice: one for each sunrise, to start the day calm, and one for each night, to release stress before sleep.
• A sun of slow lava with the Flower of Life that breathes with you: tap it and follow the count, inhale 2, exhale 2, up to 5.
• Short breathing practices to slow down in the middle of a busy day.
• Landscapes you can hear: Sunrise, Sea, Desert, Forest, Clouds, Starry night, Moon and Heart, with original music by Marsseia and Alfonso Moctezuma (AMF SOLAR).
• Tell it how you feel (calm, letting go, clarity, gratitude, love and healing, or energy) and the practice adapts to you.

BINAURAL WAVES
• Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta and Gamma, each with its own sky of clouds and a soft drone at 174, 432, 528 or 532 Hz: to rest, meditate, study or activate the mind. Listen with headphones. A 10-second quiz recommends yours, and you can watch your brainwave move.

HOW DO YOU FEEL?
• Write how you feel and receive a message, a question and a practice for that moment. For the bright states too: inspiration, joy, gratitude or wanting to dance.
• Close your eyes and just listen: songs and Miracles, short stories in Marsseia's voice.

TWO ORACLES
• Solar Alchemy Oracle: your card of the day, with its message, reflection and ritual.
• The Great Initiates Oracle: a night world of stars and gold, inspired by Édouard Schuré's The Great Initiates, with four readings.

CURIOUS FACTS
• More than 380 facts about the sun, the moon and the sky in cultures of the world: the Andes, Mexica, Maya, Egypt, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Asia and Indigenous peoples.

MOON AND SKY
• Today's moon in its real phase, eclipses, meteor showers and solar dates, with what different cultures do in each phase.

CREATE WITH ME
• 1:1 sessions and projects with Marsseia to give shape to your vision: Creative Clarity, Brand Alchemy, Vision → Launch and Experience Design.

Your practices live on your phone: they work offline and need no account. Only if you write to me from Create with me do your contact details reach me. In English and Spanish.

SOLAR supports your practice and does not replace medical or psychological care.

We are our own sun.
