Have downloaded this version of SolarGo but the App does not give me the ability to check the firmware or to update it. Just shows ‘device information’ and when clicked says ‘Latest version’. No capacity to see what version it is.

I have no idea if it's an error, or developers haven't thought about it, but it would be very useful to be able to use for example TOU and delayed charging modes simultaneously. Can you please make an update that will allow to use these 2 modes at the same time? Thanks in advance

Die Schrift in der App war vorher schon winzig, aber die neueste Version schießt den Vogel ab, jetzt braucht man wirklich ne Lupe. Was sind das nur für unfähige Programmierer!

Aktuell kann der Wechselrichter über Bluetooth und WLAN erreicht werden. Bei mir ist das Gerät im LAN. Erweitern Sie die App um auch eine LAN-Verbindung durch Eingabe einer Ip-Adresse zu ermöglichen. Danke.

Anmelden & einrichten ist ok
Aber die App lässt sich nicht aktualisieren ohne das man sich neu anmeldet & neben dem Wechselrichter steht.
Das muss alles viel besser werden.
Auch die Texte sind schlecht übersetzt

Seit dem Update auf IOS 18 lässt sich die App schlecht starten. Sie findet direkt den Wechselrichter, dann muss man mehrfach ( mitunter 10 bis 15 mal) auf den Button tippen bevor sich etwas tut.

Man verkauft dem Kunden eine Goodwe Anlage für mehrere tausend Euro und dann steht man meinst am Ende vor dem großen Problem „einstellen“ Ich bin mittlerweile an einem Punkt wo ich 3 Handys!!!!! Mit nehmen muss um in die Einstellung zu kommen. Es ist wirklich ohne Worte. Mal findet er denn Wechselrichter.. Mal nicht.. mal hab ich Glück mit einem iPhone mal mit einen Samsung.. traurig! Und dazu kommt dann noch die Blamage dem Kunden zu sagen „ laden sie sich bitte Sems Portal runter“ „Ja, genau die mit 1 Stern Bewertung“🫣 peinlich! Für uns Elektriker als auch für die Hersteller!

For days now I get the message that an update is available, which I initiated several times. It sends me to the App Store to tell me it’s done and to open the app. Next time same thing again. This is really one of the worst apps I’ve ever used for solar purposes. Absolutely not user friendly

En la versión 6.8.0 sigue sin rectificar el error. En el dibujo de entradas/salidas, todo funciona bien excepto el consumo de la casa. En la operación de suma de las entradas hay un signo +/- que no es correcto y hace que el total no sea correcto.

App is much slower after the latest update. Not refreshing the data - shows still the same numbers even when sun hides above clouds. Not able to find the device in wlan. One has to switch to device wifi every time. I am very disappointed :(

App ben fatta non capisco perché abbia voti così bassi. Funziona alla grande vedi i dati dell’inverter ogni 1-2 secondi , puoi cambiare le impostazioni.. a volte è un po’ lento am a deve caricare le impostazioni e i dati ad ogni schermata quindi è normale… per me hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro, mi piacerebbe poter avere le stesse creature anche non in locale… ottimo

Make sure read user manual and get default password for setup. It is imperative to get access to the settings using passwords, then from there everything is straight forward

Dopo il penultimo aggiornamento di SolarGo sull'iPhone, l'app presentava gravi problemi con valori errati della batteria e altri errori. Fortunatamente, grazie a ulteriori aggiornamenti successivi e alle segnalazioni negative, i problemi sono stati risolti. 
Ora l'app si aggiorna automaticamente, eliminando la necessità di uscire e rientrare per visualizzare i valori aggiornati. 
Grazie per aver risolto il problema!

👍Die SolarGo App funktioniert einwandfrei👍 Ganz ohne Schnickschnack, per Bluetooth oder WLAN, je nach dem welcher USB-Stick in den Wechselrichter gesteckt ist. Wenn man das ungeänderte Geräte Passwort: goodwe2010 kennt. Mit einem iPhone und dem Bluetooth USB-Stick, kann auch gleich die Geräte-Firmware auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden ! Habe das Gerät GoodWe GW10KN-ET PLUS+ 16A. Vor der Installation müssen alle ! Stecker installiert sein, auch die ohne Kabel ! Und die Phasen müssen die richtige Drehrichtung haben. Gegebenenfalls einfach zwei Phasen vertauschen. Das Gerät (rote LED) und die APP zeigen den Fehler an. Danach funst‘s gleich, wenn die Sonne scheint. ☀️ Die Installation ging reibungslos, natürlich können APP’s immer noch verbessert werden. Die APP macht aber einwandfrei genau was sie soll. Nämlich, den Wechselrichter zum Betrieb konfigurieren. Bin sehr zufrieden mit GoodWe. Würde wieder eins kaufen. 👍 Wenn ein neues Geräte-Passwort vergeben wurde und danach die Firmware erneuert wird, ist wieder das alte Passwort das aktuelle! Und das ist dann: goodwe2010

Applicazione valida quando si è a casa. ASSOLUTAMENTE da implementare il monitoraggio e la gestione online dell’inverter per renderla completa. Sems non è all’altezza

Leider ist nach dem aktuellen Update keine Verbindung mehr möglich! Es kommt einfach nur die Fehlermeldung „Verbindung nicht möglich“ Sehr ärgerlich! Deshalb nur ein Stern!

Update, habe die App komplett deinstlliert und wieder installiert, jetzt schein es sich wieder zu verbinden! Update auf 3 Sterne.  

Sollte sich mit der neuen Version Das Sporadische nicht finden des Wechselrichters behoben haben, wird nochmal aufgewertet!
