Як альтернатива різним випадковим веб-сайтам - непогано. 
У моєму випадку, спалахи дуже впливають на артеріальний тиск.
Ця наука досі не вдосконалена, тому показники навколо досить різні. Якщо хтось може дати конструктивні поради - як захистити себе від спалахів, пишіть, будь ласка. Я не маю на увазі якісь певні медикаменти - тільки із погляду здорового підхіду.

Очень сомнительное приложение, по факту вспышка есть и все сайты пишут об этом но приложение показывает зеленый уровень безопасности и обратно когда красный день бурь никаких нет
