The correct value is about 12.06v, which will stop discharge at 50% capacity. With this app, the MPPT is allowed to run a lead-acid or gel battery down to such low levels (5% charged) that it will quickly destroy them … after only a few cycles. Unfortunately, you cannot change the low-voltage cut-out values. When you try to change and save the values, in the app, they simply return to their previously dangerously low levels. This is really disappointing. Such poor design defeats the whole point of having a charge controller in the first place. The prime use of an MPPT is to protect your batteries, but this app helps to destroy them. I’m sure that it must be an easy fix? Please fix it before too many peoples batteries are destroyed. ### 1/5 — Verbindet nicht!!! *2023-07-26, version 1.0.4* Also paar mal versucht, irgendwie noch hinbekommen mit der Verbindung. Keine Ahnung wie, aber ging. Die Änderungen werden nicht übernommen. Und nach paar Stunden keine Verbindung möglich. „Please check the device Code.“ Keine Ahnung was er jetzt von mir will. Davor ging alles. Paar Tage, wenn es sich nichts ändert und besser wird. The bar graph don’t seem to line up with the data in the the table. Frustrated l used my old iPod and no problem with connecting it. Kein Support per E-Mail, keine Informationen vom Hersteller. Meine Solaranlage spinnt seit dem Ausfall und ich kann nichts einstellen. Laderegler sind von Vervor (esmart3) und per Cloud Box M2 verbunden. Diese App ist steinalt und der allerletzte Schrott! ### 1/5 — SolarMate Cloud-Box-M2 *2024-06-28, version 1.0.8* Bei dem SolarMaterCloud-Box-M2 funktioniert die Cloud seit 18.5.2024 nicht mehr. Siehe viele Rezensionen auf Amazon dazu. Man erreicht bei einem von 100 Versuchen den Solar Wechselrichter. D.h. die Kommunikation Internet App ist alles in Ordnung. Mehrfach getestet neu gestartet und so weiter alles auf dem aktuellen Stand ### 1/5 — Can’t connect *2024-06-01, version 1.0.8* It just stopped connecting. Especially history , it’s all over the place. It’s stopped working as others have mentioned. You can see it’s online but get an error message when you click on it . ### 4/5 — Could do with more options to control output *2023-07-10, version 1.0.4* Is there a way to add a temperature control to turn on the output when the battery temperature reaches a desired temperature. Then turns off when it hits a lower level. As I have a pair of high powered 12v 4A fans ones sucking cold air in. The other blowing hot air out as the mppt controller is in a box outside that’s exposed to the sun and it gets over 40.c coz at the moment I’m having to manually turn it on or off I tried a dedicated thermostat but that packed in due to the output of the mppt isn’t regulated as it goes up to 14v on a 12v system. Apart from that it works like it should ### 2/5 — Times out constantly on the cloud *2025-12-06, version 1.0.8* I’m lucky if I can access my MPPT device even one in 40 tries. I have to constantly refresh because it times out every time. They need to address more reliable connectivity. I have everything set up correctly. Somewhere, there is a data choke point. ### 2/5 — I Want to Like This App *2025-01-09, version 1.0.8* I downloaded the app to work with an EcoWorthy 60A moot charge controller. The charge controller works fine, but this app, while somewhat functional for basics, falls short in many ways: It hangs all the time and has to be restarted. It doesn’t show live data, but has to be refreshed. The data it does show is almost useless. No intraday information. I have no idea when the month starts or the day starts, but they are not the first day of the month or midnight. No graphing. Nothing to help troubleshoot the array. I know it’s free, but charge me a couple of dollars and make it useful. ### 2/5 — default *2025-01-05, version 1.0.8* the app is defaulting to other lead acid battery from lithium that is set and saved. it just sometimes decides to to default to other lead acid battery, problem is when it switches over ther is no parameters set so if not monitored could just keep charging battery to excessive voltage, how can i stop it defaulting away from lithium ### 2/5 — Not updating values automatically *2024-05-31, version 1.0.8* Since last update today, the values are not updating periodically.
