I’ve had to re-install the app on multiple occasions. The interface is user friendly - if only it worked. ### 1/5 — Can’t access app *2022-09-05, version 4.6.1* Good idea but let down by poor tech. Even after two updates, app is very slow to load to get camera up then crashes and throws you out before you can add the receipt. Occasionally you can get one or two on before it crashes but this means it takes 2 hours to upload 6 receipts. Been given temporary passcodes by support but everything is done by webchat and lags. Despite a lengthy email thread with your tech team the issue is still not fixed. They only said no information can be provided! However I still have money in the wallet. But they refused to tell me anything and locked my money for no reason. ### 1/5 — Scam / Fraudent app *2021-10-03, version 4.1.0* I sent £544 to my Soldo account from my another account , but they Deposited these Fund out of my account without any prior notices !!! Also Soldo Team has NOT given me any update since I reported this issue that never happened on any other payment services platform and banks !!!!!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Passcode *2021-07-26, version 4.0.1* I opened our business account, funded and card on the way. I installed the mobile app (iOS) , enter company ID and phone, get a device verification code, and then get asked for a 5 Digit passcode. Don’t have one, was never asked on set up, so press the button for passcode reminder/reset and get told to wait for an email if this is my first time using the app. I’m still waiting. Links are missing somewhere in the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Tragic *2026-06-26, version 5.40.17* I’m pretty sure they are getting the customer to beta-teat the product that’s not ready to ship at this point. This is by far the buggiest laggiest bank app I’ve used. The new UK is just cosmetics that’s even worse than the old one (though it’s a low bar). Do better! ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-02-09, version 5.8.3* The app is glitchy and you have to continuously come out and force quit to then be able to photograph receipt. Deleted and reinstalled and same issue ### 1/5 — Nice idea, poor execution *2023-04-06, version 4.11.4* The idea is great-transactions from your card, show up on the app, and you can attach images of receipts, and add notes. In practice, the app crashes so often that adding this information is nigh on impossible. I will have to reboot the app at least once for every transaction to attach a receipt, and again for a note. Sometimes I will have to reboot the app multiple times for a single transaction just to attach an image. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me log in *2023-02-28, version 4.10.2* Kept saying my passcode was wrong though it wasn’t. Transactions missing, dates incorrect, the split doesn’t work, the images struggle to upload and the app crashes. It’s a shame there has not been an update for some time because a lot of the functionality looks like it could be useful but it’s not possible to even attach a photographed receipt without having the app crash.
