Just eating phone battery charge. And to much noise when I’m trying to be quiet at nighttime, so need to turn off and remember. Inconvenienced. It shows an update yet won’t download when primped. This is the brake disc lock. ### 1/5 — Absolutely garbage *2022-06-08, version 1.0.1* This is an honest , direct review- this lock as a product is garbage; the App is garbage; the instructions are garbage; and it says that there’s an App update but your sent to open the version of the app you already have downloaded so the updated version is garbage! You can’t get an external back up battery block or spare power or plug into electricity without having to wait a good amount of time you can for sure not plug it in and immediately lock unlock your bike and leave, you can use an external portable power bike unlocked so you can go home. You will be stranded 100% take a look at the video. I’m still waiting for an answer from the company about all my questions and I hear nothing. When my bike is locked at a coffee shop or in camp and out of sight is EXACTLY when I want an alarm. The privacy statement is crystal clear. Basic functionality is there, but it still has room for improvement: - The name of the lock always reverts back to „Smartlock“ for unknown reasons. - No map entry where I last closed the lock. - I would like to command the lock to send pings on command (to locate it in the dark). I would like to see more future success in this company / product. I would like to be a supporter of the app and see these changes implement because I believe they will improve UX. Here is my advice. 1 The app should only notify if the lock is broken , cut , or security breach. 2 The app should NOT notify when it connects and disconnects from Bluetooth. The user will be able to see if they are connected or disconnected by opening the app and seeing the lock in the list (connected or disconnected) indicator.
