## What is Solenote?

Solenote is a calm, private home for your solo, cash-pay therapy practice — your
clients, your schedule, your progress notes, and one-tap superbills, all in one
focused place built for an independent clinician.

Your records never leave your device. Solenote has no server and no account, so
your client information is stored encrypted on your own device and is never sent to
us or anyone — we have no copy and cannot read it. It's privacy by construction, and
it undercuts the big practice-management subscriptions on both price and peace of mind.

• Clients — a clean roster with intake details, fees, default CPT, and ICD-10
  diagnosis. Tap a client for their full timeline of sessions, notes, and payments.
• Schedule — lightweight session calendar with recurring weekly slots and quick
  no-show / cancel marking. Tapping a session is the fastest path to writing the note.
• Notes — structured SOAP, DAP, BIRP, progress, and intake templates. Dictate or jot
  rough bullets and Solenote structures them on-device — you review and finalize every
  note. Finalized notes lock, with dated addenda for any later corrections.
• Superbills — generate a clean, insurance-ready superbill PDF for any client and date
  range so your cash-pay clients can claim out-of-network reimbursement themselves.
• Income — see fees billed vs. collected per client and period at a glance.

Free to use with up to two clients, full scheduling, and typed or dictated notes.
Solenote Pro unlocks unlimited clients, one-tap superbills, and on-device AI note
drafting — $12.99/month or $99/year (each with a 14-day free trial), or a one-time
$199 Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; manage them in your
Apple ID settings.
