This morning I decided to call and I had the good fortune to speak with Sheridan. She helped me through every step and very quickly got my login process completed. She did this with patience, kindness, humor, and was just amazing. It was very refreshing to talk to someone who clearly has excellent people skills. 15 out 10!!!! ### 5/5 — Easy mobile bank app *2023-08-28* After the first mobile deposit was made, the process was very simple on all subsequent deposits. I would recommend this app to anyone who doesn’t need to go to the bank to make a deposit. Very happy with the service and the function of the app. ### 4/5 — Convenient except for email receipt *2023-08-25* The new app makes deposits, much easier. My only issue is that it seems the app will not save my email address for sending me a deposit receipt. The system looks for a signature and won’t deposit if it doesn’t find one, but we endorse with a stamp because it’s a business account. The tech was super nice and he got it all right the first time!! Online banking has been such a PITA in the past with big and small banks, but Solera has got this down now!!!!! Password constantly changes, always have to call to have the login reset.
