They sent me a completely defective pair of sneakers with major ink stains on them. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take accountability, tried to blame Nike's quality control, and flat-out refused an exchange. Instead, they tried to brush it off by offering a useless discount code. To make matters worse, their customer service (Alex) literally called me to bully and intimidate me over the phone rather than actually resolving the issue. They are completely untrustworthy, and unprofessional. Take your business to a platform that actually protects buyers. Avoid at all costs! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-03-26* Searching is atrocious. Try filtering an it doesn’t work. Pop up videos you can’t get past. Close the app and reopen and it opens into the video. I’ve had the same “intro video” from the apparent ceo continually open on me randomly. ### 1/5 — Misleading pricing and zero customer service (1 star) *2026-02-24* I downloaded this app because it claims to guarantee the lowest price by comparing itself to StockX and GOAT. I verify the asking prices they show for those competitors are accurate, but their “calculate costs with fees” button is completely misleading. The total costs they display for StockX and GOAT are significantly higher than what those platforms actually charge. It appears they are inflating competitor fees to make their own price look better. They also advertise a “ $20 off your first purchase” discount for new users, but this discount is not transparent. It doesn’t show up anywhere in the app, not even on the final checkout screen, so there’s no way to verify that it is actually applied. to make matters worse, because their final price was higher than the competitors (even if the mystery $20 discount was applied), I contacted their live chat support. After several days with no response, I texted them a screenshot of the ignored message. They didn’t respond to that either. This app feels like a bait and switch. They misrepresent competitor pricing to look like the best deal, and they completely ignore customers who point it out. I cannot trust this platform. ### 1/5 — Accountability *2026-02-23* I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Sole Solution. I was sold a pair of shoes, charged for them, and later informed that they did not actually have the item in stock. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, I was told I would need to pay more for a replacement. What was most frustrating was the response from the manager, Alex, who did not seem concerned about resolving the issue or making things right. When a store makes an error, customers should not be expected to pay for it. Overall, the lack of accountability and customer care was very disappointing. They advertise 0% fees but there is a buyers fee at checkout as well as a hidden sellers fee if you want to cash out after a completed sale. ### 3/5 — Ok *2025-09-10* Same/next day shipping is not guaranteed as advertised. Pairs are legit and no issues with condition. Fortunately, I checked one day & the shoe was going for $185. After adding taxes & shipping, I only ended up paying $203, which is well under retail for these shoes.
