## What is Soleus Up?

Recent studies show that doing soleus push‑up exercise may help combat insulin resistance and improve blood sugar levels. Soleus Up helps you perform your exercises regularly with customizable daily goals and notifications. You can log either exercise duration or repetitions by pressing the on‑screen button. You can also monitor your daily progress and adjust your goals accordingly.
