I’m several days into using the music to meditate and 100% this is freeing me from a recent prison of fatigue and depression that has prevented me taking my true pathway and enjoying life. Being highly sensitive the negativity in todays world is harmful, it’s been necessary to take all the time to heal and manifest a new stage in life. I have been using this app for a year and a half and it has really help shift my mindset and helped me better manage what’s in my control. I highly recommend. ### 5/5 — Absolutely Value this App! *2022-10-01, version 1.8* In my opinion, this is the best meditation app. It includes a huge library of different meditations, both guided and music-only, for all kinds of needs. It is extremely organized with a section on teaching proper breathing, a library of different meditations, a personal playlist, and more. The library section is also very organized and allows favorites so they are easier to find. The sound quality is absolutely amazing, and you’ll find this even more when using headsets. I have an iPhone and the sound is in stereo mode (not mono) which allows for targeted guidance, suggestions, and hypnosis. The author’s voice is also very soothing. I have downloaded several of the meditations in this app - which conveniently stay within the library of this app. They are all top quality and have helped me in numerous ways. The lucid dreams meditation is amazing and really leads to lucid dreaming. The different meditations are well worth the few bucks. Glenn Harrolds voice is so calming, never annoying. I've managed to stay away from Facebook but I am seriously creating an account just to tell Glenn Harrold to leave me in peace.
