I also operate the same system for a business. That’s in multiple states. I find this to be very useful or able to get notifications from Arizona to New York to Connecticut to Texas, Alabama. Anytime you could see what’s going on anywhere you have one of these and they’re so useful. You could also set them up on your Wi-Fi. Customer service is always been very helpful. Always be patient. The battery last for several months and I live in Maine and even through the rain, snow, and under 32 degree temps the battery last for months. It also has so many capabilities. I appreciate being able to move it using my phone from left to right. I have it set to record when it senses motion at night. I could choose to have the light come on or an alarm go off when it senses motion but I prefer the night vision and not to scare the wildlife I capture on it. I also like being able to talk both ways on it. At times I’ve reminded my husband of something because I forgot before he went out the door and he can talk back to me so I know he heard me. I also like being able to zoom in to see something better. We feel we have gotten more for our money than we would have got buying a different brand.
