If one thing could really make this great is user enabled shortcuts. Right now it takes me 6 steps to get to adding my own charge time. During winter, I could be doing this daily and do find it annoying needing to go through the 6 steps each time. When it is charging the colour is a dark solid colour making it impossible to read the percentage change state of the battery. With the aid of ChatGpt and other AI tools myself and daughter spent the best part of 3 hours attempting to get the app to respond with our WiFi network. All to no avail. It states on the app description that it is in realtime. I’m not sure what the Solis definition of realtime is but mine is, realtime!! Not 5 minutes. Please look into this UPDATE: 25 MARCH. Thanks to someone on facebook, I saw that there was a firmware update regarding time lag. I contacted Solis & asked them to sort it out. They did & the time lag has now gone from 5 minutes to 1 minute. Excellent work from Solis Europe support team. I had a LuxPower previously, which I was very pleased with. This app seems to take forever to catch up. The lag from the inverter is between 3-6 minutes & is unacceptable. It’s not practical for me to constantly look at the inverter as it’s in the loft & I’m 76. What’s the point of an app that isn’t accurate? Very disappointing… IVE JUST NOTICED that one of the features listed here is realtime. I still stand by what I’ve written here, however, I have needed to be in touch with Solis support recently. I can only give them *****. Their support has been excellent. They reply to emails usually within the hour & have resolved my many issues and queries. One thing I would point out is, if you contact them you will get a ticket number & that will continue as you back & forth with them. However, if you subsequently have another question or issue, you will need to make a fresh query & acquire a new ticket. This too will be dealt with swiftly. ### 5/5 — Update *2026-01-31, version 5.2.102* I’ve been using the app for years and it had improved tremendously. However the latest change will not let me open it. The account has an old email address which has not been changed by Solis. But now I have to give a more complicated password to enter but can’t change it without verifying the email. Please could someone contact me.
