The thing I dislike the most is when I am asked to upgrade a level for more earning and I have the money in my account; it won’t let me apply it; it wants me to add money. When I win big, I can’t cash out and then if I can cash out the fees are ridiculous. It’s basically an expensive addiction. Withdrawals can take anywhere from a day to several days, despite Solitaire Clash claiming there is a 72-hour processing window “for your protection.” Even more concerning, the app may show that you’ve won $42, but only allow you to withdraw $12 while labeling the remaining $30 as “Bonus Cash”—and withdrawing the $12 can cause you to lose the $30. Players can feel stuck: withdraw only a portion of their displayed winnings, or keep playing and risk losing what they’ve earned. That’s not a fair experience for players who simply want access to money they believe they’ve won. Avia Games, Inc., the developer behind Solitaire Clash and other similar apps, is also involved in ongoing federal litigation concerning allegations of deceptive practices affecting players.
