I’ll see where it says five days ago they fix the bugs but apparently they didn’t. I also buy coins and the special event things as well. I understand that there are ads to get certain things in the game and I am ok with that BUT now the ads are 120 seconds long - how ridiculous and stupid. It is bad enough that you have not released any new islands for months and months despite being told by you more were coming and I have about 100 eggs waiting to hatch as all my islands are full but 120 second ads are absolutely not right. What is advertised gives a new spin on solitaire with higher, time-based stakes. There is nothing from the ads in the actual game. Uninstalling/reinstalling and using the “Restore Purchase” button does nothing. Customer Support only replied to my first email when I provided proof that I still see ads, and have since ceased responding. Don’t pay for the ad-free upgrade, you’ll be out $5 and still have to watch the ads.
