I’ve accidentally clicked on them a few times and my screen just goes black and I have to exit the game losing all my power ups I’ve earned. It’s very annoying and frustrating. It’s so addicting, but my problem is every time I sit through and watch all 8 ads to win the reward I am never able to collect the reward. Not only do I have to wait 30 seconds between each ad, but when it says claim your reward it never lets me claim it. That’s the biggest disappointment. This is the best motivation for us. ### 3/5 — The ads bruh!!!! *2023-03-15* This game is fun and at times challenging but with an ad after each attempt it gets to be less enjoyable. There are so many ads (and the same ones over and over) that I’m contemplating deleting the app. I get that’s how developers make money but if people stop playing you’re not going to make any period. **Developer response:** Hello! SUPER expensive and needs MAJOR improvements *2023-03-09* The boosters are pointless because you don’t get to pick when you get to use them. They decide and usually at the beginning when cards are laid out perfectly. If you don’t use it at the start of the level there is no option to use one Mid-level. Literally the only game I have that I can’t use a booster when and how I choose. Ok need a million gems becaus turning ove ONE card is 100 gems and a joker costs 1300 and 5 cards 900. You don’t have to pay extra for any of the styling options, which I love, but the super hard levels are nearly impossible. I never right reviews, but there’s a problem that’s pretty frustrating. I used every single power-up for level 45. I even took a video of me playing to send to some friends and see if I made any mistakes or if there’s anything I could have done differently to pass. There was one time that I went through every card with only three at the end left that I could use. I added the extra cards when I only had one card left and none of them were what I needed. I know that the level doesn’t have the exact same cards every time, but there’s got to be a way around this. **Developer response:** Hello! For a while now it’s said new levels coming soon. It’s kinda apparent new levels aren’t coming soon. Also why have rooms to model if you don’t have the levels to decorate those rooms? Clearly I’ve been a dedicated player. I have lost many times of the endless lives etc. I’m beyond frustrated with this and will probably just be deleting the game. **Developer response:** Hello! I thought it might have been at fluke at level 15 but the ads have persisted and now getting worse. I will give an updated rating after a good use of time at this game. ### 2/5 — Tired of Portrait style only games *2023-02-05, version 1.9.1* Most of these games aren’t handicap friendly. Not everyone can use both hands to play. I play my games on a tablet. I can’t hold the tablet in one hand while I play the game with the other. I have to rest the tablet on and use my right hand to play the game. I cannot set my tablet upright for one game, then on its side for the next without someone to help me. I wish developers would make these games to go in both portrait or landscape. It sure would be nice, I could play and not have to worry about having help turning my tablet each time. I’ve deleted many games because I can’t play with my neck kinked to one side. Please consider the handicap, we like to play the games too, especially when there’s not much else we can do with our time. **Developer response:** Hey! It asked me to review it and I didn’t. A couple of levels later the game became impossible to beat without money. I really wanted to like this game. ### 3/5 — Love this game but.. *2023-01-18, version 1.9.0* I just started playing for the day, finished a room, got a new one and my hour of unlimited lives. I am level 1160 and when I went to play and use my unlimited lives, I got a new levels coming soon error. Kinda bummed my hour of unlimited lives is wasted because there is apparently no more levels to play. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Impossible to win *2023-06-12* I love this game, until the levels get so difficult that it takes three or four days to win one level. That is ridiculous. I am not buying power ups, and people should not have to spend money to win the game. Challenging levels are OK, and I like challenge, but it is boring and not fun to be stuck on the same level for days. I play a lot of matching games, and this one has ridiculous levels of difficulty. The fun is gone and I am deleting game off my iPad. I want to have fun and not get frustrated, or spend money just to win a level. I read quite a few reviews similar to mine, and the developer gave the same dumb, repeated (copy and paste) response. Hey, developer, pay attention! The levels are too difficult. We can’t participate in the design part of the game unless we win the match game. You can’t use power ups because you can’t win to get power ups! The balance between challenge and reward is important. Like if I am not good at Solitaire, each “hard” or “very hard” or “challenge” level should fit the skill of the player. Right now, I feel like I am playing at professional difficulty and I am not good at solitaire. Thank you for playing! ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2023-05-26* I uploaded this game thinking I love interior design and most of the other games involving it at similar to candy crush which I hate. So why not solitaire? Once you use the free options during the beginning of the game you have to pay 900 gems to add five more cards, 1300 gems to use a wild card, and watch an ad to undo the last play you did. The bad part is if you use the add five once you’ve already used all but 100 of your gems. I deleted it after 2 days. **Developer response:** Hello! We are really disappointed to hear your feedback. It goes downhill fast. Trust me, you will get to a pay to play point. There is nothing you can do, the cards are impossible without boosts, extra cards, money spent, etc. I’ve been on the same level, using up all my boosts, one of which reveals all the cards so I know without a doubt it’s impossible, for two weeks! Time to move on to another game. But you can play it for a bit, but don’t pay anything and you’ll see quickly. In the levels, while some amount of skill is required, you mostly are left relying on the cards that come up next in the draw pile. With only limited amounts of cards, and the fact they almost never put the ones you need, you are left having to pay gems or real money to continue or you fail the level. It becoming increasingly frustrating losing level after level because the app literally will not give you the cards to succeed! And with only limited amount of lives you really can only play for a short period of time. I could look past that until they just recently added ads. They are greedy and just want money. Don’t waste time on this game. ### 2/5 — Ridiculous *2023-07-22* This game is a very fun game to a point. You have levels that are flat out impossible to pass. You spend days on them and they don’t even give you the cards to be able to pass them. Usually they are very complex levels with four different screens you have to complete and so you invest a lot of time in it to only be shut down on the last screen. It is incredibly frustrating. I have spent money on games but realized this game isn’t worth spending money on when you get to levels that you are not allowed to pass unless you play them about a hundred times first. I understand a challenge, I like challenges, but this is just a joke. Very fun when you can actually accomplish something though. But now on level 27, not even far in the game, they got me stuck. I’ve literally used all boosts I had available, and I had a lot of them. Used all my diamonds too. And I’ve been trying and trying to pass. But they don’t want me to pass, cause they want me to buy more boosts and diamonds. Well, sorry, I won’t. If you want to make a game that requires payment, then don’t put it as a free game. I’m sick and tired of these games that are supposedly free, but then they get you stuck just so you’ll pay them. All levels have been tested by our brave team and are passable without real money. “ This is A response given by developers. It is absolutely Not True! I used 4 power ups 3 extra card decks to pass a level. I still could not pass it. There was only one card in the 3 extra decks that could be used. I only had 2 cards left on the table. I would have been truly upset if I had spent money on power ups to only see they are useless. But the game is set up for you to spend money on power ups and win, not get them for free. It doubles as a card game and design. Developer the only thing I would change is if you have a wild/fan card left in the deck when you win it should be carried over. BUT… this game is by far the best game I’ve ever played. I’ve never been able to continue a game for as long as I have with this one (I’m on level 895) however, there is one thing I’d like to have changed. The option to add 5 more cards for 900 diamonds is LITERALLY so close to the quit option. I have accidentally spent 900 diamonds so many times and there’s no way to reverse it!! That’s a lot of diamonds to waste!! I think it should either be moved to a different part of the gaming screen OR even have it to where is asks you if you are sure you want to spend those diamonds for the extra cards.
