Many customizations including deck and background. One suggestion for the developer: Allow choosing override a specific deck per specific game. I like the red/black/green/blue deck, but games like Agnes Sorel where you stack matching colors you would instead want just the red/black deck. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for the feedback. These are minor details that I'll be correcting little by little. The only thing I’d love to see added is the ability to play numbered deals, especially for Freecell where the first million deal numbers are standard. **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your kind words. I'm glad you like Solitaire Master. Regarding the ability to play numbered games, I'd like to mention that it's on my to-do list and will be added in future updates. Unfortunately, the numbering won't match the numbering in other applications, such as Microsoft's FreeCell. Each application uses its own random shuffling algorithm, and in this case, it's likely different from the one used by Microsoft. Therefore, there won't be a correlation between the numbering of games in Microsoft FreeCell and Solitaire Master. ### 5/5 — My Fav Keeps Getting Better! *2025-03-10* This is my favorite solitaire app, and not just because they added Raw Prawn, my favorite solitaire variant. It’s because of the great interface and design that rewards you the more you play. There are IAPs, but they’re completely optional. There are ads but they’re not annoying and you can pay a reasonably small amount to get rid of them and support the dev. Very unobtrusive ads, so many types of solitaire and rules included, the ability to filter them by difficulty and length and other factors… it’s just great. Get it. Affordable to pay the ads away too, although they didn’t feel too obtrusive to me anyways. The app itself isn’t trying to trick you into buying into in game currency or anything, which I appreciate. Enjoy!! ### 4/5 — Decent solitaire app *2024-06-14* Offers a lot of games, though most are locked behind pay walls. Too many ads. Pretty sure the RNG isn’t so random all the time. It’s uncanny how often the worst possible draw is exactly what takes place. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. The solitaires that are locked at the beginning can be unlocked very easily without having to pay anything. By winning games you will earn Jokers to unlock locked solitaires. And I can assure you that the shuffling algorithm does NOT take into account any external factors (games won,...). It is totally random, which is also generated with a random seed. There is a difference compared to games that generate winnable games, which use much more predictable algorithms and of course NOT random. I’m so disappointed. Deleting this. ### 1/5 — Fix your ad system *2024-11-14, version 1.2.3* Ads are too frequent already, and now you’ve removed the “x” button so I can’t close the ad I already was forced to watch for 30 seconds. Uninstalling. ### 2/5 — The ads drove me out *2025-01-12* This was an amazing app until about a year ago when they redid their ads. It went from one skippable ad every 4-5 games to a 30 second ad after every 1-2 games. So disappointing! I specifically downloaded this solitaire after I found a post about which Solitaire apps had less ads and this one was PERFECT. Now it’s like all the others **Developer response:** Hi, I'm sorry you're having issues with ads, but ads haven't been changed in the last year. Compared to when the game was released (about 2 years ago), the minimum time between ads has only been changed by 15 percent, nothing more. It will never show you an ad for less than 4.5 minutes, and it will never interrupt your game with ads. As for the length of the ads and the option to close them, nothing has changed, that depends on the types of ads the advertising company (Google's Admob in this case) sends. Ads vary greatly from time to time and from region to region, but I have no control over that. However, there is always the option to remove the ads with a small in-app purchase (very cheap compared to other apps and subscriptions). I think if you really like Solitaire Master, it's worth it, you forget about the interruptions forever. ### 3/5 — Ads driving me nuts ← *2026-02-20, version 1.4.6* Stop already, this is a nice game but the ads are ridiculous, after every game before every change of game. The ads are soooooooo long, for crying out loud. Decrease the ads ### 3/5 — Good game, terrible everything else *2025-01-02* The range of games on here is great and the app itself is well worth it. Unfortunately the adverts are so long and so repetitive that is frustrating to use. If I’m not gonna buy that game after seeing the advert once I’m certainly not gonna buy it after seeing it 400 times. I just deleted the app. There are so many adverts and they are so repetitive and long. If you play Klondike be prepared to have almost every deal contain a 2. I think the decks are dynamic and change depending on what you do. The same patterns keep coming up and the same play. I really don’t think the deals are random at all. I did contact the developer via the app, but there was no answer. **Developer response:** I'm sorry that the ads made you uninstall the app, but I always say that when you find something better you should install it, you should always stick with what suits your tastes the most. Still, I would like to point out a few things: 1) Ads: I don't like ads, but you must understand that it is the only way to reward the more than 2000 hours of work behind this project. I have no control over the duration and variety of the ads, that depends on the moment and the offer, I can only control the frequency with which they appear. Here you will never have an ad in less than 4.5 minutes from the previous ad and a game will never be interrupted to show ads. 2) Randomness: I can assure you that the shuffling is random. I recently changed the shuffling algorithm (you will have it available in the next version), but the shuffling does not take into account anything you do in previous games. 3) Reply to emails: As of today, all emails received have been answered, unless I missed one. Please check your sent emails and send them to me again, I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. This is the way to improve Solitaire Master day by day. This is very troublesome. ### 4/5 — great solitaire app, minor improvements *2025-03-14* this is one of the best solitaire apps i’ve used, with tons of games and customization options. It would be nice if there were some improvements to the UI on newer phones, on the iphone 15 for example the game bar at the bottom intrudes with the new Siri button at the bottom of the screen, and some options to increase the scale of UI buttons for easier clicking would be nice - I find myself mis-clicking the hint and undo buttons since they’re so close to the bottom of the screen and quite small. That aside, this has become my default solitaire app! **Developer response:** Thank you very much for the feedback. Yes, it's true that in some new versions of some devices or operating systems, the buttons bar may interfere with gestures or system buttons. UPDATED: A new menu has been added to configure the buttons bar. Now you can modify the position and size of the buttons, so the problem that existed with iPhones should be solved. ### 4/5 — Fun game but adjustment needed *2025-01-19* The variety of games in this solitaire is enjoyable. However the game “Alternations” needs some adjustment. I have never won this game after hundreds of attempts. As for Alternations, Solitaire Master has tried to respect the original rules of all solitaires. It is true that Alternations has very low chances of winning. On my to-do list is to add variations of some solitaires with relaxed rules, perhaps I will soon release a new version with this option. ### 4/5 — Gameplay is fine but *2024-10-28, version 1.2.3* The non-functional “skip video” buttons during ad play are insulting. Don’t mess with your customers. ### 4/5 — A few quirks, but nearly perfect *2024-07-18* Hints and tap to move can be a little wonky sometimes (suggesting useless moves, tap sometimes won’t move to foundation pile). My only substantial ask is please consider adding dark card faces or let users add their own custom graphics. Also a “no moves left” warning would be a fantastic addition. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback, it helps me improve Solitaire Master little by little. Regarding the order in which Solitaire Master shows you the hints and the priorities of the game with a tap, since there is such a wide variety of solitaires, it is not easy to establish the optimal way of playing in each of the solitaires. I'm slowly refining the way Solitaire Master thinks, but it's not easy. Alternatively, you can set it to show you all the hints at once (it will show all posible moves simultaneously), either from the settings screen, or by dragging the hints button to the right (a light bulb with 3 dots inside will appear). Regarding dark card faces, please send me a private email showing some type of cards like the one you would like to see included in Solitaire Master and I will study the possibility of add them. And finally, indicate that Solitaire Master always shows when there are no moves available, with a small message in the center of the screen.
