It has been 15 days without a refund to the credit card. I asked a lawyer to sue egogames. **Developer response:** Your comment is completely false, and we will clarify it here to prevent you from ruining other users’ gaming experience. Essentially, you attempted to withdraw $600—an amount that didn’t align with what you had used in competitive matches. You entered your banking details incorrectly, and despite hundreds of emails explaining this to you, you failed to understand it—perhaps because you kept communicating in a language we do not support, such as Chinese. Even so, we made an effort to assist you in your language, but it was still impossible to resolve the issue because you kept spamming our support team with the same message, overwhelming the service. Since you were unable to correct the issue, we refunded the full amount to your game account and invited you to withdraw again using the correct details. Instead of doing so, you continued threatening the company, which resulted in a violation of our terms and conditions and, therefore, your ban. I’ve been told my support that I’ve been playing too well and they don’t have any players that can match with me. I play with some of the same people on the Skillz platform all the time and it’s pretty evenly matched so I don’t believe there are no other players. I loved egogames but this game is completely useless to try and win money.
