It says clearly when you withdrawal that it will be 2-4 weeks and it says you usually get your money faster. I sent in a ticket and got an automated response and then an email and was told it was taking longer and they have to investigate fraud. There was no fraud and I’m not feeling like I’m ever going to get my money. I never would have deposited had I known this. My main issue is that the withdrawals take even longer than they say they do. I don’t see why I need to wait a month for my withdrawal when other apps are able to get money immediately after making a withdrawal request. It’s a clunky chat system and doesn’t seem like anyone is actually working in support. So they now have my $6 frozen in a game that I can’t retrieve.
