Eine Konvertierung zum Email Login wäre da schön. Außerdem hab ich seit dem letzten Update Probleme mit Freezes beim Spielabschluss, so dass ich die App schließen und wieder neu öffnen muss. Das trübt aktuell den Spielspass schon sehr. Behebt das bitte, dann gibt es wieder 5 Sterne. ### 4/5 — Cefalu *2025-02-28* Great that there are no ads. But now, the sheer number and frequency ads have become so insane that even this otherwise great app has been RUINED. Like, even if you WIN you’re forced to watch an ad. I understand that the developers do need to make money and that ads are the easiest way to do that, but at this point this is less the solitaire app that they had originally made, and more like a discount times square. **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Es öffnen sich immer die Einstellungen vom IPad. I win, I lose, but just love it. Now there are ads all the time and they display for long periods of time. My screen freezes often and I usually exit the game. I do not play as much as I used to and nearly deleted the app more than once because of the ads. I think it the best platform to play against others. Beside the annoying ads, it is the best platform. ### 2/5 — Noch mehr Werbung??? *2024-04-01* Ich hatte in den letzten Jahren zwei Spiele auf meinem Handy, Solitär und Skat Palast. Vor wenigen Jahren kam dann Werbung dazu, was noch OK war… aber das Update vor 2-3 Tagen, ist mir nun zu viel Werbung! Von Sekunden zu Minuten und dann noch nach dem Clip den 15sek App Store Countdown abwarten. Schade aber dazu habe ich keine Lust, ein Kartenspiel ist teilweise kürzer als die Werbung danach. **Developer response:** Hallo, du hast jederzeit die Möglichkeit die Werbung auszuschalten. Allerdings haben die Entwickler über die letzten zwei, drei Jahre immer mehr Werbung in Form von Banner und Filmen reingepackt und jetzt ist sie einfach nur noch nervig. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2025-04-29* Constant issues with connecting. No other game has this problem. The moment I purchase the issue with the connection goes away and I’m able to play the game and not loose because the connection prevents me from playing after betting. If you have any questions, send us an email to support@solitaire-palast.de. ### 1/5 — Einfach nur schlecht!!! *2025-02-21, version 2025.1.0* Die App wurde kontinuierlich schlechter. Die Grafik ist unter aller Würde. Früher war das Spiel werbefrei nun wird nach JEDEM Spiel Werbung eingeblendet. Okay, kann man noch nachvollziehen, man kann Premium kaufen. Das ist allerdings überzogen teuer. Habe ich trotzdem gemacht, und siehe da, Chips verloren so schnell konnte ich nicht schauen. Wie merkwürdig…. Alle Spiel dieses ominösen Spiele Palastes sind darauf aus, die Spieler abzuzocken. Das gilt genau so für Romme, Canasta, Mau Mau… Aber das Schlimmste ist, wenn man ein Problem meldet, wird man mit einer 8 Meter langen email abgespeist, die gar nichts mit dem Problem zu tun hat. Wenn man dann nochmal vorsichtig nachfragt, bekommt man keine Antwort mehr. Fazit: Ich habe die App gelöscht und werde einen weiten Bogen um alle Spiele dieses Anbieters machen. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2024-12-01* Previously logged in with Facebook, but the app keeps sending me to settings when trying to login. Best wishes ### 1/5 — 🥴 *2024-05-03, version 2024.2.0* Viel zu viel Werbung !!! Vor 2 Jahren noch als absolut kostenlos und Werbefreie App beworben ist heute leider nicht mehr viel davon übrig. In einem gewissen Maße ist Werbung ja okay aber hier ist es einfach unverhältnismäßig viel und teilweise sind die Inhalte sehr fragwürdig / unseriös . Und obwohl ich den Sound in den Einstellung der App deaktiviert habe wird die nervende Werbung trotzdem in Mega laut abgespielt .. geht gar nicht!! Und früher gab es auch mal einen Premium Tag oder ein paar gratis Chips zu besonderen Tagen/Anlässen aber das war einmal ( wurde fast völlig eingestampft) .. früher hat diese App irgendwie mehr ❤️ gehabt heute wird man nur noch harsch aufgefordert PREMIUM ZUKAUFEN ! ### 1/5 — Just Play!! *2024-02-17* I just wanted to start the app and simply play a game to practice. Best wishes ### 1/5 — Dauernde Abstürze nach letztem Update *2023-12-28, version 2023.16.0* Bei Spider Solitaire als auch bei Romme Palast fängt die App mitten im Spiel an zu lagen und schliest sich dann. Das hat mich nun schon mindestens 100 Punkte gekostet. 🤨Auch wenn ich nach Ende des Spiel schließe lande ich nicht im Aiuswahlmenü, sondern misslich neu einloggen. Auch die neue Auswahl an neuen Spielen ist mehr als unglücklich. Ich verstehe das Interesse, möglichst viele Abos zu verkaufen. Aber ihr solltet bedenken dass ein Abo an Wert verliert, wenn die Nutzer ohne solche vergrault werden und nur noch 10% der Spieler da sind. ### 1/5 — Finger Weg! *2023-12-24, version 2023.16.0* Am Anfang war diese App noch gut. Große Auswahl an Tischen und Spielmodi. Jedoch kein Offlinemodus möglich. Für Nicht-Premium-Mitglieder kommt zudem hinzu, dass zwischen den Spielen ab und an Werbung geschaltet wird, was absolut nicht schlimm ist, jedoch kommen auch Spam – Werbeblöcke, in denen es darum geht, mit möglichst wenig Aufwand möglichst viel Geld verdienen zu können (Cash-Solitair z. B.) Absoluter Blödsinn sowas. Zudem wird man später auch mehr und mehr schikaniert, indem man nach einem nicht verschuldeten Spielabbruch aufgrund einer zu langen Zugdauer (betrifft den Rommé-Palast) trotzdem für 5 Minuten gesperrt wird und das Lieblingsblatt, welches man zu Anfang noch auswählen darf, irgendwann plötzlich entfällt und man dieses dann kaufen muss. Wer weiß, was noch alles gekommen wäre. Ich habe mich daher schlagartig entschlossen, diese App nicht mehr zu nutzen. Es gibt andere gute kostenlose Apps. Meine Empfehlung zu den Palast-Apps: Finger weg! ### 1/5 — Merkwürdige Zufälle *2023-07-10, version 2023.8.0* Man wird mit Standardschreiben abgespeist, wehendem man bringt eine berechtigte Beschwerde hervor. Beispiel: Nach meiner Erfahrung mit Spielepalast läuft es häufig so, dass der Prämiumspieler rein zufällig genau das letzte Spiel in einer Serie so gewinnt, dass er mit genau einem einzigen Punkt Vorsprung die Chips aus dem Spiel gewinnt. Zufälle gibt‘s! Entspannung beim Spiel sowie Spielspaß tendieren daher gegen Null. Habe mir das über einige Jahre angeschaut: Jetzt ist Schluss damit für mich! ### 1/5 — Echt jetzt? *2023-04-14, version 2023.3.0* Hallo, bisher war ich ein begeisterter Spieler, jedem Abend habe ich zur Entspannung ein paar Runden spielen können.... und war froh dieses ohne lästige Werbeeinblendungen tuen zu können. Ich kann es kaum fassen, seit ein paar Tagen wird, nach jedem Spielabschluss, eine Werbung eingeblendet, die man dann noch aktiv wegdrücken muss. Für mich ein absolutes no go, ich HASSE Werbung. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass hat mir die komplette Lust ans Spielen genommen.
