You have taken rewards ranging from $7 all the way down to $0.75, but users have to spend at least $30 just to receive the $0.75 reward. That feels extremely discouraging and makes the rewards system feel more like a way to push users to spend rather than a genuine reward. I also have concerns about the Dragon game. It feels like the ball pressure has been manipulated in a way that consistently produces lower numbers. Whether intentional or not, that perception seriously hurts the trust users have in the game. You have one of the best solitaire games in the industry. Please don’t ruin a great game by becoming overly focused on monetization. People will continue playing and spending when they feel the game is fair and that they are being rewarded for their loyalty. You can have a super fast game, and great score but will always get beat. It’s a money pit. Just let the daily free cents add up, and play for funsies. They constantly harass you to make a purchase. Have also waited over a week for my $18.00 redemption. Customer service also hasn’t responded for days. So it takes your money, you play bots, very very rarely win, and if you do you don’t receive your redemption. Literally screams: SCAMMERS Just found out a lawsuit is getting formed against them.
