I have to close it and restart, but I get the same result, the clock will not start. ### 4/5 — Love the app *2023-11-19, version 2.2.6* The only complaint is the latest version makes a very rhythmic clicking noise when I play despite having sound effect turned off. It goes away with the volume buttons on the phone or with the volume slider for music. I never use music when I play, I’m a bit confused, but it’s still the best Canfield game going. ### 3/5 — Love the game but there is a bug or two *2023-02-27, version 2.2.4* Ive emailed twice but never had a reply. When playing Spider Solitaire two suits, when I win a game the score board seems to have the new score written over the previous one and then the score board will not disappear so I cant play another game. If I return to the game the next day the score board is gone and I can play another game - until, that is, i win. The only fix I can find is to play a different game and then return to Spider Solitaire two suits but that shouldn’t be necessary. I also note that my global score has not changed in a long time, even though I have had many wins - this is very frustrating. I would be very happy if this could be fixed. ### 4/5 — Getting worse *2022-10-04, version 2.2.0* Update 10/3/22 We’ll the developer listened and backgrounds can now be changed Update 8/16/22 I accidentally hit the upgrade button that I have been avoiding for several years. Wish hadn’t but can’t go back now. Sure would like to change the background color. That black/gray is awful Update 10/17/19⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2.0.7 is a big step in the right direction. I still won't install on my newer iPad. Update 10/10/19⭐️⭐️ Version 2.0.6 is working with iOS 10.3.3. Have played a few games Klondike draw 1. It works but card movement is too choppy. I can't address others complaints about ads because I only play offline. Think I'll keep the old version on my new iPad. Update 10/2/19 Version 2.0.3 still crashing as it did on 9/30/19 with iOS 10.3.3 Updating 9/30/19 So decided to try the latest update on my older ipad with iOS 10.3.3. As soon as I touch the screen when I open the app, it crashes. I was able to delete the last version and restore older version on newer iPad with 12.4.1. Definitely won't put new version on it. Come on, developers- get your act together. I used to love to play the games on this app - no more. I would like to go back to the old version. I do not like the backgrounds. I liked the plain black background with very bright cards the new cards are dull or muted which makes them hard to read. Please go back to old look. But unfortunately the last version completely screwed up this fine program. The changes are useless and annoying; the publicities are way too much and invading; the sounds are disturbing ; and it often freezes in the middle of a game, then it doesn’t give any chance but starting another game. Despite various updates this issue has not been mentioned or addressed. As a disabled person this is my request for Reasonable Adjustments so that I can play your puzzles. The law states disabled people are entitled to Reasonable Adjustments, in the EA2010. Your product is available in my country so the law in my country applies to you. Still waiting for your reply /update addressing this issue. I look forward to your update which enables me as a disabled person to use it. Whenever I try to play a game (and win) it says that hand has already been won today and the glitches out. I tried using the “send feedback” option but that just causes the app to crash. I’ve been using this app for well over 6 years now and each update makes it a little worse. This one just tanked the entire app! If you guys fix the app, then I’ll fix my rating. This WAS a great game, but each update ruins it more & more. A year or so ago they completely changed the user interface, totally altering the entire experience for anyone who had been enjoying the game for years! I loved the original interface and cherished the memories of playing the game with my son who passed away from cancer. A more recent update totally screwed up the sound! The volume of the game is now controlled by the RINGER volume and NOT by the normal phone sound volume!! (iPhones have 2 separate volume controls, one for the ringer and a second volume control for everything else, like music, videos, GAMES, etc.) Now if I want to play the game silently, I have to mute or turn down my ringer. But then I forget to turn my ringer back on so that I miss calls or texts. Stupid!
