When I redownloaded it I was signed in as a guest. The game was winning small but doing good so I bought a package for $19.00. The game then asked me to log in. I did. Well my winnings and my purchase disappeared and went back to my original balance. I still can’t find my purchase or my balance from before I “logged back in” nor have I gotten a response from anyone and have tried to contact customer service on many levels! I don’t care about the money I won I just eat my $19 back ### 1/5 — This is based on luck, and not talent. I saw this Solitaire Thrill on instagram and fell in love with it, because I don’t have to compete with others to become the number one, but to just finish arranging all cards correctly. This game has stolen my money almost $800.00. They make you win as soon as you recharge, then from nowhere, you start losing and can’t even finish a single game. This is a scam and not real. I kept playing and even screen recording, just to know if I’m doing something wrong, but not.
