## What is Solliva Physician?

Solliva Physician is a professional tool designed to help licensed physicians prepare for in-person medical consultations.

Patients submit their symptoms and concerns in advance through the Solliva patient app. These submissions are summarized and presented to physicians in a clear, structured format, allowing doctors to efficiently review relevant information prior to seeing patients face to face.

This app does not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision-making. All medical evaluations and decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals during in-person visits.

Physician / Care Navigator Role Separation
- Added dedicated Care Navigator (CN) sign-up flow with invite code generation — patients who sign up with a CN's invite code trigger a notification to that CN
- Added a screen for CN to review and approve/decline new patient connection requests (Pending Patients)
- Added an availability editing screen for CN
- Added a linked physician profile view screen

Appointment Management Improvements
- CN can now approve/decline appointment requests via a new Pending tab
- Cancelled appointments are automatically excluded from the list
- Declined appointments are now clearly tracked with a "declined" status

Patient Detail Screen Overhaul
- Full profile parity with the Patient app

Care Team Screen Cleanup

- Removing a physician from Care Team now also removes them from the patient's treating physician list
- Removed unnecessary dividers and other UI polish

Sign-Up Screen Readability Fixes
- Fixed multiple text-contrast issues on dark backgrounds (Terms screen, form steps)
- Improved visibility of the progress bar and profile picture label
