On first launch the app downloads an AI model once (the default model is ~4 GB; a smaller model or Apple's built-in model may be used depending on the device). After that, all chat, notes, and search features run entirely offline — no data is sent to any server. To test: complete onboarding, wait for the model download, then send a chat message. Notes and Tools are reachable from the menu (top-left).
