Unfortunately the reality is that it’s not. When I sit down to do business finances, it can be painful enough, but having to deal with all the bugs that get in the way very simple actions such as creating a client to send an invoice to or trying to activate a debit card… it’s not worth the hassle. **Developer response:** Hi Alice! I’ve been locked out of the app, unable to access funds and now the Solo account I signed up to doesn’t work or exists. They won’t answer calls outside of 9-7AEST, meaning it’s near impossible to cancel. I tried calling inside these hours and yet still their “cancelation team was not available”. Support is disappointing. Tried cancelling within 2 hrs of getting it and they make you call, waited on hold 2 hrs and then was told I won’t get a refund for the annual subscription I paid.
