## Most critical reviews (9 lowest-rated)

### 2/5 — :/

*2021-01-31, version 2021.01.29*

Levels stopped showing pieces

### 3/5 — A starting replacement for Solitaire Chess

*2025-12-14, version 2021.01.29*

I’ve had this game for some time after the Thinkfun apps seemed to disappear from the App Store. However, the lack of redoing the setup or a move makes this app have more to be desired. Plus the aesthetics of the app can be improved upon. It’s a good start of the game but needs improvements.

### 3/5 — Great game but needs the ability to replay

*2021-09-13, version 2021.01.29*

Enjoy solo chess but I’ll just play over the board puzzles since I can’t retry any puzzle

### 4/5 — Fun but need ability to replay

*2021-07-03, version 2021.01.29*

Hi, I like this game, because it makes you think a few steps ahead. However, when I mess up one puzzle, I’d really like the ability to go back and replay that same exact puzzle. Instead, the game always just goes on to a different one. I don’t see a place for Settings or Feedback within the game.

### 4/5 — Challenging but with a question

*2021-03-05, version 2021.01.29*

I like this game but I have a question about the restart button. Why is it there? All it does is X out the challenge and go to another one. This game would but so much better if it actually allowed you to restart the level and try again.

### 4/5 — Terrific logic game

*2021-02-27, version 2021.01.29*

This is a step up from Sudoku to be sure. I did however find an unsolvable puzzle and I took a screen shot prior to attempting to solve. If the developer wants the image I took please contact me. This flaw is the only reason I gave four stars. Also, the puzzles don’t increase in difficulty as you progress. In only three days I’ve completed over 320 puzzles. Still better than Sudoku.

### 5/5 — Great practice

*2024-01-22, version 2021.01.29*

I used to play an almost exact similar game but it was by hand and was comprised of a book with the various places to start each piece. So basically the analog version compared to computer game but both are wonderful for using that attack strategy. Thanks !

### 5/5 — Quick chess fun!

*2021-01-31, version 2021.01.29*

These puzzles are fun and rewarding.

### 5/5 — Awesome and addicting!

*2021-01-30, version 2021.01.29*

I’m up to puzzle 145 and counting! Can’t stop playing! Every game is a new challenge. I think I may be addicted!
