But when I went to change my character it said I didn't own either one. I have restarted the app and uninstall/Reinstalled it. They are still not available. I have searched all over the app and there is no way to contact customer service with a problem. So I've basically wasted my money. Play the game just don't buy anything. You don't get what you paid for. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2026-06-29, version 1.0.88* Super glitchy, will just freeze or close on my iPad when I try to start a chapter. Sometimes, it will also not kill the last thingoes in the chapter and never finish. You have to close it or end it and be defeated, even if you got close to full rewards… Generally, not enough info about game mechanics either. Eg. What do the little icons next skills mean. The only time that I can access the game is around 1230-3 am EST. And it’s really getting old to not be able to play when I want to. Even when you watch ads to get a lot of extra money, etc, they don’t even let the upgrades do anything, it’s just to get players angry and keep playing till they beat it. No updates in the last 3 months or so. No responses to the numerous bug reports. People continue to spend loads of money on this game and it’s not being used to better the experience. In fact, it’s getting worse. Now we can’t even remove inactive players from alliances which makes it impossible to get what’s called bargain down to zero cost for free rewards. Done intentionally I’m sure. I’ve spent countless hours and money with this character. This is the second time this has happened to me (3rd character was over a month ago) and it has happened to many others as well. We submit bug reports about it but never get a response. The developers are happy to take money from everyone but can’t bother to respond to anyone regarding issues. They have no legitimate website, email or reporting function other than the “bug report” in game, which they never respond to. ### 1/5 — FTP and then PTW *2025-07-27, version 1.0.71* Womp womp They have come along way thru development and gameplay animation. Interesting blend of time killing grinding of chapters and different ways to improve your character, free and by paying. And then BOOM one of the servers goes down and BANG any $ and months of gameplay are GONE. I know people who have lost 100s in f dollars just this week when one of the servers went down. Too many people to count have said they are moving on to another game. And I’m one of them. I’ve lost five matches in a row. When you bring it up in chat you just get laughed at because you are just to low of a lvl. If it’s possible to get it back or the system servers or developers can help get it all back or something at least of some kind of help I would I highly appreciate it. Please everyone don’t delete the game. Just wait it out until we hear something from the developers team. ### 1/5 — Game will not open after purchase *2025-12-19, version 1.0.87* Attempted to purchase the Christmas pack 1 option in the event store. After purchasing the pack the game said “reconnecting” and then crashed. The money came out of my acct so the purchase was successful. HOWEVER, I can no longer open the game. Every time I try the game crashes the second I click on it to open it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times now and it still crashes immediately when trying to open it. This is happening to a lot of us and we are all missing out on not only the Christmas event but normal daily activities that gives us rewards to include the Bargain option in alliance. The amount of rewards we are going to miss out on is going to be far greater than what the devs reimburse us and that’s even if they fix the issue. Extremely disappointing and I’ve been playing this game since it came out.
